How It Works

Not a spec home. Not a two-year custom build. The best of both.

These are fully designed, fully approved, shovel-ready custom homes by an award-winning architect. You're not designing a house from scratch — you're curating the last 5%: the finishes and key details that make it feel like home.

Why This Works

No gamble, no guesswork.

No two-year wait.

These homes are shovel-ready — complete within 6–10 months of closing, not years of design and permitting.

No design risk.

An award-winning architect has already designed and fully approved every home. The hard part is done.

No budget roulette.

Your final price is confirmed from your own selections — before you sign anything.
