Third generation
Paul Bianchi grew up on job sites across Northern California, watching his father and grandfather build homes, then spent years working every position in the field: framing, finish work, project management. He wanted to understand every part of the process before asking a family to trust him with their biggest investment.

A third-generation contractor, Paul grew up on job sites — first his grandfather's, then his father's — before building and leading companies of his own. Twenty-five years of developing and building luxury homes.

Bill came up through large commercial contracting before following his passion into custom homes in 1981. Four decades on, his reputation is for taking projects from concept to move-in without drama.
