Third generation
Paul Bianchi didn't choose construction — it chose him. He grew up on job sites across Northern California, watching his father and grandfather build homes, then spent years working every position in the field: framing, finish work, project management. He wanted to understand every part of the process before asking a family to trust him with their biggest investment.

Twenty-five years of developing and building luxury homes, on a simple promise: thoughtful design, honest budgets, and a builder who answers the phone.

Bill came up through large commercial contracting before following his passion into custom homes in 1981. Four decades on, his reputation is for guiding projects from concept to move-in-ready — expertly, and without drama.
